Mick, Athena, Billy and Brenda Castles accompany Liz Hanley as she sings “Sanctuary” for the crowd at the 2018 Smithsonian Folklife Festival. The song’s lyrics were written by Irish poet and playwright Vincent Woods, recalling the blue-green mountains of his home.

Never afraid to bring the music to lands previously charted and uncharted alike, Mick Moloney, Athena Tergis, Niall O'Leary and Billy McComiskey with Lenwood Sloane and Cuban musicians and dancers, including uilleann piper Alexander Suarez represented the Green Fields in a performance of Irish traditional music on November 8, 2014 at the Miramar Theater in Havana, Cuba.
